How do I receive online products?
If you have ordered an online product you will receive two emails -- one with a link to your member's library and the other with your password.
If you don’t receive these emails within an hour of your purchase, please check your junk folder.
If you still haven’t received them please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
If you already have one of our digital products, use the password that was previously issued. If you can't find that password (don't worry, it happens all the time!) then click on "Forgot Password" on the login page to get a new one.
